Welcome to our homes. These two amazing retreats are located in Tan-Tar-A Estates/ Margaritaville Resort in the heart of the Ozarks- Osage Beach, Missouri.
Our homes are located overlooking the lake with breathtaking views. Each home has its own specialties - for a big family reunion, you can rent both together , sleeping 27. Villa Margaritaville is a four bedroom, 3 bath home that sleeps 12 with five queen beds and one king bed. The amenities start with a coffee bar, hot tub, firepit, outside gas grill and a golf cart you can rent. Free golf is at our front door with seven holes. Right next door is Casa Margaritaville with six large bedrooms and six full bathrooms sleeping 15, coffee bar, fire pit, gas grill and the golf cart for rental. There is one of the two subdivision gated pools just four doors down but Margaritaville Resorts offers you five more outdoor pools, mini golf, bowling, horseback riding, pickle ball and an indoor waterpark, Many of these ameniries are free of charge while some are extra.

Free seven holes of golf at your front door part of a gated community with Margaritaville Resort on the grounds. many pools, water slide, indoor water park, horseback riding, minii golf, pickleball courts, tiki bar, restaurants, hot tub, swim up bar in an adult only pool.

This is the large deck overlooking the lake and directly off of that great room. There is a grill and table and chairs and lounge chairs for a relaxing sundown view of the lake. Casa Margaritaville
Villa Margaritaville has the largest kitchen, hang out room with a three season sunroom just outside the double doors. The kitchen is fully stocked.
This is the main room of the home for get togethers. it overlooks the lake and is open to the dining room and kitchen on the main floor. We have a large smart tv with internet and we have a cd player if you still like to bring your own media. Casa Margaritaville
The dining room table seats at least 12 people with another sitting area against the wall with bar stools. There are benches to add more people around the ends of the table which can add four more people. Plus you can be with the people in the great room with large two story windows overlooking the lake and trees. Casa Margaritaville
This is the infamous sunroom where you can spend hours relaxing, reading, doing Yogo, and anything to make you feel relaxed and refreshed at Villa Margaritaville.

If you are looking for the home, here is the front. There are two bedrooms on each of the three floors. The main floor had two ensuite bedrooms with comfortable king beds in each and their own bathrooms. Casa Margaritaville
This is one of the two upstairs bedrooms. Each bedroom has two full beds and each has its own full bathroom with a shower and bathtub. Casa Margaritaville

And here is the Villa Margaritaville hot tub just after the sun has left its reflection on the lake. BBQ on the grill and deck the overlooks the lake and hot tub.
The hot tub at Villa margaritaville is the place to be after a long day of golf or perusing the Lake activities. There is no better place to be at sundown.
This is the two story great room at Villa Margaritaville with a circular stairway the fourth bedroom that overlooks the lake and the greatroom.
This is the back of Villa Margaritaville with large windows overlloing the deck, lake, two fire pits and Adirondack chairs and gas grill. Did I forget the hot tub? It is right there on the bottom patio.
The bedroom that everyone talks about is the red room. It is red for the St. Louis Cardinals and the Kansas City Chiefs. There is sports memorabilia all over the room and tons of games and a smart tv in eadh bedroom. There is a large game table in here with all sorts of poker props for night time entertainment.
